*Children occupying a seat are entitled to a reduced ticket, if held in their arms they do not pay, however up to the maximum age of 4. It is the parent’s responsability to avoid any disturbance of the show. In case of any disturbance, the theatre staff is allowed to intervene. Animals are not allowed with the exception of certified guide dogs.

THEATRE AND TICKET OFFICE RULES
The Management of the Teatro Carlo Felice reserves the right to modify the programmes for technical reasons or for reasons of force majeure as well as to reassign the seats indicated on the ticket, for logistical or safety reasons.
At the time of purchase, please check your ticket for any errors and/or omissions; no complaints will be considered after purchase.
The ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The ticket and season ticket must be retained for the duration of the performance: the theatre staff may ask to see them.
Once the performance has started, it is forbidden to enter the auditorium and/or one’s seat. To gain access, you must follow the instructions of the Hall Staff.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to leave your seat until the lights are switched on.
It is mandatory to leave at the wardrobe umbrellas, helmets, duffle bags, backpacks, photographic equipment, recorders, videocameras, liquid-filled bottles and cans and spray cans. It is not permitted to enter the Nervi Parks with suitcases, trolleys, alcoholic beverages of any kind, flammable materials, any kind of blunt or dangerous objects, remote-controlled drones and aeroplanes, musical instruments and stadium trumpets, bicycles, skateboards, skates and hoverboards.
During performances, it is forbidden to record and photograph, and to operate mobile phones and other electronic devices with ringers.
Animals are not permitted, even if kept in special kennels/cages, with the exception of guide dogs.
No headgear may be worn inside the auditorium that may restrict the view of other spectators.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the stalls.
In case of loss of personal effects, please refer to the hall staff.

To purchase the performances of the Nervi International Ballet Festival you can use your teacher’s card – subject to accreditation – at the Teatro Carlo Felice ticket office, not at the Parchi di Nervi ticket office.
