Children occupying a seat are entitled to a reduced ticket, if they are held in someone’s arms they do not pay, in any case up to the age of 4. It is the parent’s responsability to avoid any disturbance of the show. In case of any disturbance, the theatre staff is allowed to intervene. Animals are not allowed with the exception of certified guide dogs.

In Via Capolungo, at the Festival entrance by the Modern Art Gallery, there are parking spaces for people with disabilities.
It is mandatory to leave at the wardrobe umbrellas, helmets, duffle bags, backpacks, photographic equipment, recorders, videocameras, liquid-filled bottles and cans and spray cans.
The wardrobe service fee is 2 euro
It is not possible to enter the Parchi di Nervi with suitcases, trolleys, alcoholic beverages of any strength, flammable material, any kind of blunt or dangerous object, drones and remote-controlled airplanes, musical instruments and stadium trumpets, bicycles, skateboards, skates and hoverboards.
Animals of all kinds and sizes are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying blind people.
There are several ways to reach the Nervi Parks. In the mobility section, you can choose your preferred means of transport. You can also use the Radiotaxi service for your outward and/or return journey from Viale delle Palme, using the YOUR TAXI app or by calling the number 0105966
With the keyword ‘BALLETTI’ you get a 10% discount on rides taken from 8.30 p.m. until the end of the shows.

From Genova Principe and Genova Brignole arriving at Genova Nervi Station (a few steps from the entrance to the Nervi Parks).

RETURN TO PONENTE
30-minute delay of REG trains 12480 and 12482. For the shows scheduled for July 4 and 5 and 20 and 21, trains will be limited to Genoa Sestri Ponente for night works in the Voltri area and will continue with self-replacement by bus.

For Villa Grimaldi, the urban and provincial lines are active according to the summer timetable in force from 16 June 2025.

For the return journey, at the end of the shows, lines 607 and 617 are active to the west from the terminus in via del Commercio – (Nervi) with transit in Genova Brignole and Piazza de Ferrari.

If weather conditions at 12 noon on the day before the scheduled performances at Villa Grimaldi (excluding events on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 July) do not allow the outdoor performance to take place, the performance will be moved to the Teatro Carlo Felice at 9.15 p.m., with no possibility of a ticket refund.
Who purchased tickets will be promptly notified through all of the theatre’s communication channels.
In the event of favourable conditions, the outdoor show will never be cancelled before the scheduled start time.
If the weather conditions suddenly worsen, preventing the show from going ahead as planned, the Teatro Carlo Felice may postpone the start time of the performance by up to 60 minutes.
If the bad weather conditions persist after 60 minutes, the show will be cancelled and ticket holders will be entitled to a refund.
Any refund right ceases with the beginning of the shoe, even in case of a later suspension of it.
