CARLO FELICE THEATER TICKET OFFICE
From Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 7.00pm.

NERVI PARK TICKET OFFICE
Open only on days when there is a show at Villa Grimaldi Fassio, inside the Nervi Parks from 4:00 p.m. until 15 minutes after the start of each show.

Teatro Carlo Felice declines any responsibility for purchases through non-official or secondary ticketing channels.

Children occupying a seat are entitled to a reduced ticket, if they are held in someone’s arms they do not pay, in any case up to the age of 4. It is the parent’s responsability to avoid any disturbance of the show. In case of any disturbance, the theatre staff is allowed to intervene. Animals are not allowed with the exception of certified guide dogs.

In Via Capolungo, at the Festival entrance by the Modern Art Gallery, there are parking spaces for people with disabilities.

It is mandatory to leave at the wardrobe umbrellas, helmets, duffle bags, backpacks, photographic equipment, recorders, videocameras, liquid-filled bottles and cans and spray cans.

The wardrobe service fee is 2 euro

It is not possible to enter the Parchi di Nervi with suitcases, trolleys, alcoholic beverages of any strength, flammable material, any kind of blunt or dangerous object, drones and remote-controlled airplanes, musical instruments and stadium trumpets, bicycles, skateboards, skates and hoverboards.
Animals of all kinds and sizes are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying blind people.

Inside the show area there is a refreshment point, open from the time the public is admitted.

To purchase tickets for the performances of the Nervi International Ballet Festival you can use your teacher’s card – after accreditation – at the Teatro Carlo Felice ticket office, NOT at the Parchi di Nervi ticket office.
